Quick Set-Up

2-16 Verilink QPRI 2921

•

Port providing backup is the Source port of the primary

circuit.

•

Circuit type is “Primary” for the main circuit and “Dial Bkup”

for the ISDN dial backup circuit. Use “Switched” to manually

activate the T1 or ISDN circuit.

•

Set the Call Reference Value to the Call Profile Number defined

before (the Call Reference Number is the Call Profile Number).

Activate the

Primary Circuit

Activate the primary circuit from the

Circuit Manager

Create an error to test the dial backup circuit or set a test call

interval from the

PRI Modify Call Profile
